I came and have left the place. sincerely this is not Guaduate training, it's so stressful, I have not been trained on anything, it's just labour, supervise. am not trying to discourage anyone but I won't advice my close friends to be there.

My Agro-park experience
I got to the farm on a Thursday, on getting there, there was meant to be a farm tour round the farm but I and the person I came with was only been shown the model farm and we at least tried our best to check the pig, poultry and fish farm. At the catfish farm, we saw a clown who calls himself the farm manager and asking me and my colleague abt our university project a-z just imagine, who does that. My colleague answered, but I told him I hv forgotten my project because I felt he is too forward and wants to prove a point. I later answered the man Shaaaa, After that we left for the hostel.
That night we were served food without animal LMAO, we didn't complain o, every morning Is pap and 2pieces of Akara just imagine.
The next day, we were assigned to supervisors as if we were labourers...i got fed up because it doesn't look like GT, so stressful, working under the sun and when u are back from the farm u get varnish. Most of them look like crap, not even looking taken care of. It is well o, because I hv packed my bags and left...no time to be a slave to anyone who lies ND scam Young Minds.... Cheers

Lol. Lemme just burst your brain from d little experience I had with dem. Well I'll call dem a chameleon cos they hardly keep to the end of dia bargain. Dia so called GT Trainee is a stipends of 15k for that 6 months. Dey will tell you accommodation will be provided but it's a fucking lie. Fine dia is accommodation if you're posted to Dia farm in ogun state which is far to the main city. Only mtn works on the farm and it fluctuates.

They specialize in using natural antibiotics to treat dia birds dey don't use vaccines at all so atimes 2 thousands birds might die in a day dey don't care. They prefer to feed dia fish with it.

One annoying thing about the organization is that dey sack pple anyhow. Due to poor staffs mgt all the workers on dia farms went on rampage at the middle of December last year. Dropping dia fucking job that's d reason why they are recruiting massively now.

If you studied mass communication you'll be absorbed into dia organization as an Agricultural journalism (you go enjoy pass dose on farm thou. AC dey dia to blow ur mind away but be guided d accommodation provided for u wud be deducted from ur salary at the end of the month.) in short the company issa scam
And once dey are short of staffs at dia farms dem go carry all of una wey dey dia Lagos branch go farm ��
