Rivers APC knew already that the judgement will be like this and will come when time for primary is over so that APC will not field any candidate, Wike's script.

The reason why APC obtain perpetual injunction from removing Ojukaye led exco.

This same judge was driven by Wike to give a judgement against APC.

Wike uses justice Omereji and Nwaorgu to do dirty job,
Justice Omereji was the same judge that said EFCC has no right to probe Rivers account and slammed EFCC with 600million.

APC will appeal the judgement no problem.
Hope PDP supporters are watching and happy how Wike is abusing and using state judiciary the way he likes.

When APC starts they'll starts complaining on how judiciary is not independent and pocketed by APC.

Come one, I hate it when we think like this. How would someone (PDP or APC) tell another man he can't be a governor of a state? You APC goons are so senile that you've lost it, he has right to seek redress if he's not please or when his right is being trampled upon.

Actually, any party is able to deny candidacy to anybody. If I start a party, I can refuse to endorse anybody I want. I can even be a "party of one", except it would be very hard to get the votes needed during elections without the support of other politicians.

What the party cannot do, you're right, is decide the governor - that is for the people to decide at the polls... but they can certainly endorse whoever they like and have a direct say on who could be governor.

The status quo will be maintained pending the outcome of an appeal. Meaning Ojukaye’s faction of the APC remains the substantive group.

A simple matter with a simple judgement. How can you go to the court of competent jurisdiction where same case was instituted to take a restraining order. Na wa oh!!!

They need to revisit Ogun APC Governorship Primary too. I sense imposition of highest order. It's making me sick of APC. Internal unfairness, what happens in general election if they can be doing this to party members?
