Boils could be allergies.
If he's running temperature, I'm tempted to say he has an infection too cos boils are ways by which our body disposes dead cells.
Please see a Paed so they can confirm if it's infection or just allergies.

I introduced cereal after 6 months.i started him on single grain,e.g cerelac rice,frisogold rice, nutribom rice,Gerber rice.etc
Presently,I feed him almost everything I eat well mashed in small quantities coupled with his cereals.
I feed him frisogold rice cereal, sometimes Gerber oat. I tried nutribom multigrain of recent, but noticed that he doesn't really like it.
He also enjoys pap.
There are lots of cereal out there, just look for the one that works for her sha.

I think the weather plays a role too. Try red oil and sugar mixture now. Hope she is up to a year cos you shouldn't give an under a year child honey. Pele.

Many things can trigger a cough:
Smoke(frying, generator smoke etc)
Dust
Cold things
Allergy
She can get it even from school.
What works for me is ginger/garlic/honey
