I go with OBJ cuz hate him or love him & despite being a big thief, his tenure transformed Nigeria in almost every aspect.

Telecoms, agriculture, technology, entertainment etc. Almost every industry boomed.

News came to us the next morning too.

Many big businesses today benefitted directly or indirectly from foundations his tenure set.

I just remembered how he cleansed the drugs industry too with Dora.

Obasanjo so far.
The truth is that we’ve had little progress since Obasanjo...our debts have increased, middle class has almost collapsed, security is at it’s worst, nepotism and mediocrity/incompetence is at all time high. The only marginal progress is in power (electricity) supply and road infrastructure.
