That's how Adeleke and Eleka won online tests.

Almajiri votes from just 3 northern States are more than the entire SE votes and you're conducting online polls for people without PVC.
Remove Adeleke from your list.

This is a Welcome development. No wonder all Nigerian Corrupt politicians are supporting Atiku, they knew that Buhari will stop at nothing untill they are all prosecuted.

God bless my beloved President.

Please, don't you ever tire educating those who don't know. Their corruption is ignorance which can be educated out of them one at a time.

Meanwhile, I doff my cap to you.

Most of them are like Olisa Metuh. Noisy thieves with arrogance fuelled by ignorance. When they come across the law, they think their factory fitted ignorance can cow everyone but their foolishness shows when faced with facts.

Metuh ate papers like a goat, they also end up eating their words. Just look at how they've all been schooled on this thread.

We won't get tired of showing how criminally-minded and empty they are.

It's serious achievement when companies fold up under an incompetent, clueless, lying president who his behind righteous intentions only to come back to kill those that voted for him to acquire their lands for his fulani tribesmen, isn't that nice?.

It already has, sorry. Court scrutinised and said it's legal.

Read properly, that's a Federal High Court ruling.
You still have 2 levels above that.

1. Appeals Court level, if they say No,
2. Supreme Court

Infact if it contradicts any international law, which I think it does (UN Charter on Human Rights [Article 13] Freedom of movement), you can go to the courts of the world body which Nigeria is a signatory to.

If you want to be involved in defending the indefensible, at least familiarize yourself with basic law operations in your Country

I can't wait for the Court to interpret what this fool's are misunderstanding. they only read the first ten lines of the Court judgement, and started acting like a loose teen girls, looking for sympathy from there ignorant northern and western foolish sympathisers.

Lawyers more experienced and intelligent than you argued ridiculously like you before the Court and their worthless lawsuit was thrown away.

Here are a few lines from the Federal High Court judgment dismissing the useless suit.

CilicMarin:
Delivering judgment on Thursday, Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu dismissed the suit for lacking in merit and affirmed that the President has the constitutional powers to issue the PEO as long as it does not encroach into the principles of separation of powers.

She ruled that the PEO was issued as a policy directive for the implementation of provisions of existing laws, adding that it also recognised the right of every citizen to approach the court for redress if aggrieved by enforcement of the PEO.

She also held that the interim forfeiture of assets linked to various offences or ongoing criminal investigations could only be enforced in line with the provisions of the law and did not amount to an infringement of the rights of the affected person, who also has the right to approach the court to seek redress.

There's a FHC judgment upholding the legality of Executive Orders.
There's no Appellate judgment setting aside the FHC judgment.

Till then, kindly take several seats and let those who have something to say come forward. In the alternative, use your two legs and walk to the Court to appeal the FHC judgment.

Maybe you should read what led to my summation.

I'm advocating a contest all the way to the Supreme Court because a Federal High Court order exists.

What new information have you provided other than character assasination?

Since you're the chief defender of kidnappers and criminals, when you have appealed to the Supreme Court and they have thrown out your appeal, move to the World Court too.

That's how Ozekhome was defending kidnappers until he got kidnapped too.

Go to court dude. Though, I confess, the legality of this order was the first thing I checked. If the Order is thrown out, I won't mind since my love for the rule of law trumps my regard for my bubu.

It does not concern Article 13 however, since you can't claim that Article whilst on bail, which would be the case if you have a criminal case pending and an considered a flight risk.

If you choose to remain blind that this is an election concocted order I'm not. I'm old enough to know he used the same method as a military man. Have Tunde Sabiu, Kyari or Malami been arrested or stopped from free movement? Has Kogi Governor, adjudged the worst in Nigeria or Ganduje of Kano caught taking 15 to 25% bribes of up to $5m on candid camera been restricted?

The guy you're quoting is hoping that a magical Appellate judgment would declare the Executive Order illegal when a Federal High Court has declared it perfectly legal.

Election concocted order or not, a Court of competent jurisdiction has declared it legal.

Nairaland is not the place for appeals, go to the courts and stop disturbing us here.

For the names you mentioned, petition the law enforcement agencies and supply evidence. Don't tell me the only evidence you have is on Nairaland politics section. grin

They've not been arrested or released on bail. As at today Fayose' s immunity still holds on 12th October, 2018. He was included while holding immunity and couldn't have therefore been arrested much less granted a bail.

Till they are contested and the Appeal or Supreme Court rules otherwise, the Executive Orders are perfectly valid as at today.

Your arguments are mere academic gymnastics.

Go to other countries and see if those standing trial are allowed to travel and make use of proceeds of their crimes.

There's nothing in the Orders that aren't in Nigeria's laws, I suggest you study the laws more closely.

If these laws are already subsisting in extant laws as you state, the law seeks to avoid tautology. Buhari himself rejected bills from NASS on the advisement of his AG, Malami, that they duplicate existing laws.

If you don't know that this is an erosion of Freedom by circumventing the extant laws go and study his decrees in the 80's.

We don't live in Nigeria, but we want the best for it. I'll make money and prosper and be in good health no matter who rules naija. But when people's rights are eroded like killing 1000s of Shiites, placing one's family on the board of the NNPC, subjective targeting for corruption probes or lying about your net worth or stealing while at the helm of NNPC and other crimes we will continue talking. While I see you trying to derail my argument, I can assure you the supreme court will overturn this just like they did to all his old decrees.

This is how much attention you're gonna get from me.
