Glad to see that well thought through comments still exist on Nairaland.

The Executive Order 6 isn't about limiting travelling only, it covers access to stolen properties & assets.

The properties & stolen loot are still in the possession of the dead man's estate. Bank accounts, landed properties, houses will remain restricted from being sold off pending determination that such a case brought against the dead man is valid or not.

Until then, the illicit funds & assets in his estate remains off limits.
