I'm the owner of the UK account Karen_William. This Tijani guy contacted me on WhatsApp that he wanted to buy a review. We agreed on N2400. He dropped the Fiverr profile below. I placed an order, dropped my account details and was expecting my money. the guy went online and never replied any of my messages again. I later discovered that he had actually blocked me.

several hours later, he delivered the other, and I kept messaging him on WhatsApp, asking him why he delivered the order without making payment, but he already blocked me. I tried calling him and then realized he had blocked me also.

I sent a request to cancel the order and he declined. I was thinking of marking the order as complete and then dropping wicked, 1-star review before stumbling on this thread and some other posts in other threads

Wow.... He's a smart thief but I'm sure he'll soon be outsmarted.

No, you can't open an account using Epic browser cause running a foreign account now requires REAL US/UK numbers.

If you eventually figure out how to get a foreign number that works, use anonymox VPN on Mozilla or Chrome instead of epic.

Or better still, acquire a good skill start with a Nigerian account.

He has met his Waterloo because he is going to lose more. But next time be wary of people offering ridiculous price because that should have been a red flag. How can he sell a review for 2000 when he is going to spend $7 for it? That would mean 320*7=2220. Well except he is absolutely broke and needed it for emergency.
