It's not luck, it's the recharge card. I bought 2 recharge card yesterday but ended up getting 200mb. I called a frnd to send me a card from home and he sent it, I loaded it and I got 4GB on that same line. It's the recharge card gives 200mb.
He send the image on WhatsApp, it was different from the one I loaded.

you are right about this. I loaded a recharge card that started with 55. I was not given and I thought they have blocked it. I loaded another one again that started with 1 and I was given. Have accumulated mine to 23gig.
