unikazzy:Which ban on old number plates? There's a court judgment which barred the FRSC from banning old number plates. They impounded a lawyer's car over old plates and he sued them and won. The court gave him damages of 1M sef. It's like the FRSC wants to bless Nigerians with free millions again. |
