Am asking for a friend:
The issue is that one of his parents is in UK with British passport. The children are four in numbers in which three were born and breed in Nigeria ( well grown) and one was born in UK. Now, the thing there is that can the three children be British since one of there are parents is British....

Their parents shouldn't have a problem applying for British passport for them, but before they do that let them get DNA done with any hospital recommended by British embassy in Nigeria.

The result should be attached to their application with birth certificates

Yes but why haven't they done this years ago?

Though it could prove problematic if the parents did not include their names during citizenship or British passport application.

their names was included in the first application of the British passport before it was finally granted recently
