Every thing done in extreme is dangerous, even love!
That of love is even worse than anything else, if you love someone so much the person eventually breaks your heart it might result to suicide if you lack self control

The prof never mentioned anything concerning death which is inevitable. he only cautioned us about taking too much fruits which contains some large amount of sugar that are capable of reducing your pancreatic activity that might definitely lead to diabetes.

It's obvious you did not read what the prof said before jumping into this hasty conclusion.

He was just sounding an advice because of our bad eating habit.
You can hardly advice humans to be cautious especially Nigerians without them taking it as an offence.

I dont even need to read the whole write-up to understand. The heading is quite elaborate. But matter of fact I did.
I was simply exaggerating.
To be realistic, nobody over eats fruits, besides they are too expensive now.
But if ever there was anything with the least side effects, I believe it's natural fruits. Even if you have too much of it you the least you do is purge.
In fact God's purpose was for man to eat of "all fruits" except the forbidden fruit.

Prof should better stick to the processed sugar health implications that we all know.
He should not come and confuse us

Associate Professor, educate us more on the benefits of natural sugar as against the dangers of processed sugar, and where natural sugar could become harmful contrary to the notion that it's the ideal form of sugar.

Stop being childish.
The man is simply warning to us about taking too much of natural sugar.
He even went ahead to cite the maximum dosage of natural sugar one can ingest that they may be consequences if one go above such allowed limits.

No doubt that there are indeed abundant benefit of taking natural sugar while they might also be some possible dangers.
And note that not every one can metabolise these sugar well enough to utilize it's benefits, but
you should also know that some others persons are also allergic or intolerant to so of these fruits.
Too much of anything is bad.

moderation is the key word.
