You are right. I experience same thing here: living close to Airtel office, and internet access is only faster at night or in the morning. Sometimes no connection for several hours. It's frustrating. Hasn't been this bad.

but when the 4gb was exhausted I tried again and got 200mb (twice)

when I bought a new airtel sim and tried with 1k I got 1.5gb

Ogbeni d fact say ur house near airtel office, doesn't mean d speed will be fast. Airtel office doesn't transmit EM waves. It all depends where d telecom mast(BTS) is situated and the topography of dat area.

hello everyone.......to know if u phone is eligible for the offer ........ If u send GET to 141 and it tells u for more information visit our website......... continue doing it ....if it doesn't work ..... disable ur sim or off ur phone for 30 mins or 1hr...... On ur phone and send it again ....it will work.......if it says ur request has not been processed.......then sent GET to 223 and it will tell u if ur phone is eligible or not .....if it's not eligible it will tell show u the phone to use preferable Nokia phones

I experienced same on a new sim I bought

na old sim it sends messages b4 it just suddenly stopped and airtel subscribe me to one of their useless service that deduct my airtime everytime i recharge
