Good day! Molecular biologist on this forum, pls, I've got some questions that i need answers to concerning DNA extraction/isolation. 1. Are there other dna extraction protocols aside CTAB n extraction kit because they are the common ones on google search? If yes, what are they? 2. Why does DNA not degrade during washing/purification with alcohol even when left for long @ room temp. but begins to degrade after elution with water or alcohol? I would appeciate links to journal or reviews with answers. Thanks. |
