We provide end-to-end professional support for vehicle sourcing and bidding across leading international auto auction platforms. Our scope includes bid management, payment administration, and coordination of shipment for successfully purchased vehicles to Nigeria, Ghana, and Cotonou.
Please note that destination customs clearing remains the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
We also act as payment administrators, remitting all auction-related payments to Copart, IAAI, Manheim, and Adesa on behalf of our clients.

How the Process Works

1. Identify your preferred vehicle on Copart or IAAI.

2. Share the vehicle link or lot number with us.

3. Pay the required security deposit of USD 600.

4. We manage the bidding, payment, logistics, and shipping coordination end to end.

Now is the time to secure your next vehicle with confidence and professional oversight.

Terms and Conditions
(Applicable to Copart, IAAI, Manheim, and Adesa Purchases)

1. Security Deposit
All clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of USD 600 prior to bidding. This mitigates auction penalties in the event of a bid win followed by client withdrawal. The deposit forms part of the total vehicle cost upon a successful bid.

2. Delivery Timeline
Vehicles are delivered to the port within 48 working hours following auction payment confirmation, subject to title availability and vehicle condition.

3. Cost Structure

Auction Fee (variable): USD 400 ±

Ground Trucking (location-dependent): USD 300 – USD 500

Ocean Shipping: USD 1,500

Service Charge: USD 550, plus 7.5% for vehicles valued above USD 8,500

4. Clearing Services
We do not participate in destination clearing unless specifically requested. Limited exceptions may apply.

5. Storage Fees
Clients are fully responsible for any storage charges arising from delayed payments.

6. Bill of Lading
Hard copy Bills of Lading are not issued. All costs associated with telex release and document printing at destination are borne by the client.

7. Title-Related Delays
We accept no liability for delays resulting from title unavailability at the auction point of pickup.

8. Costs During Title Delays
Any storage, holding, or ancillary costs incurred while awaiting title release will be charged to the client.

9. Vehicle Condition Rejections
Where vehicles are rejected at the port due to condition, re-delivery timelines may exceed 48 hours. All associated costs, including storage and redelivery fees, will be passed on to the client.

10. Refund Policy
Any request for a refund will result in forfeiture of 40% of the total amount deposited. Clients are strongly advised to confirm their commitment before engaging our services.
