Fayose's Trial Adjourned Till Wednesday As Court Fails To Grant Him Bail by faroukfahima(op): 10:07am On Oct 22, 2018
The trial of Former governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose has been adjourned till Wednesday after he lost out in his bid to be granted bail by the federal high court in Lagos.

On Monday, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arraigned Fayose on an 11-count charge bordering on abuse of office.

The ex-governor pleaded not guilty when the charges were read to him.

Subsequently, Kanu Agabi, Fayose’s counsel, filed a bail application on behalf of his client but CMA Olatoregun, the presiding judge, rejected the application and ordered that Fayose should remain in EFCC custody till Wednesday.

EFCC have simply bungled this case a long time ago. Their foolishness is shielding Obanikoro from involving in this case as well as Dasuki will be their Achelle's heel.

APC and the way of fighting corruption sha. Ayo Fayose would not have gone through this if he had decamped to APC. Buhari and his cohorts are using deodorant on APC criminals while they use Insecticides on the opposition party.

I pray not for Fayose and his travail but for the system of Justice in this country. If the rule of law that is meant to shape the country is being debased by the keepers of the law then the common man should be afraid. If there is much impetus to disobey the rule of law over an Elite, then the common man will find no mercy in the course of justice.
When rational people cry that the law should be applied proportionately, it does not mean they are fighting for the Man in question but for you and i to have equal and fair treatment because of precedence.

Fayose don buy market!

That was how Olisa Metuh was forming Al Paccino and refused to enter a plea.

He even chewed his statement and swore not to refund a dime.

At the end he was the one begging to refund the money.

Moving him to prison custody is not the best for now. Let him remain with thebl EFCC till when they wrap up investigations. For now, EFCC custody is worse than prison for him. Remember Metuh was in EFCC custody when he started eating paper?

When EFCC have finished with him, they'll now move him to Kirikiri or Ikoyi prisons b
