alignacademy:I believe it keeps happening because they are hoping, if they fight for a Candidate, in the long run they will benefit. A thug boss is given like 5m to cause an upraise in a particular area. He will buy Weed, alomo for his boys and give them 5k each to go and cause destruction. So he spend 500k on his boys and keep 4.5m. As long as he's feeding their Adiction to Alcohol and Drugs, they will do his bidens. It all boils down to poverty |
