Please I need advise or suggestions. My Budget is 400k and i'm on the lookout for a 2-bed flat around Ojodu/Berger Axis.(Not inside inside, close to the main road) 1. is this a realistic budget? 2. How is the electricity in this area? 3. How do I ensure I don't fall into scammer agents. This is my first time renting in Lagos and I dont know anybody here. All the contacts i'm getting are online? |

RedPanda:Don't pay cash so that your transaction can be traceable and don't money to agent directly. Dont pay "inspection fee" to anyone. |
