Too many applicants bro, no one has time to check thousands of CV one after the other. Even brilliant people will be weeded out while informed ones would at least get an interview invite.

Actually, it is useful especially when writing a job that you are not directly qualified. Using relevant keywords related to the job or industry will help.

Applicants can also check how well their CVs are crafted by using rezscore.com, a software which rates CVs based on some preset evaluative criteria.

This is a really insightful post. Although, I don't think lots of companies is using this software but surely, the bigger companies are using and this is where recruitment is definitely heading to. Data science, artificial intelligence and the rest. good one
