Yes, it's a blackmail but that doesn't deny the authenticity of the video. Guys always blackmail girls with nude pics they sent them when they were still together. The fact that it is a blackmail doesn't mean the pics doesn't belong to the owners.
It could also be a set up by a contractor or a group of contractors who had just got fed up with that brazen corruption, and they decided to nail him.

I know he will not be prosecuted (cos he has immunity) neither will the HoA impeach him, but at least the society knows APC breeds very corrupt politicians, so anticorruption won't be a campaign point next year. Take that out and we know Buhari has nothing more to talk about.

The point is he's guilty no matter whether he recieved money legally or illegally. Assuming the money is completely legit which isnt likely he was supposed to pay income taxes. If they really want him out they have all the means to impeach him.
