Was all financial obligations fulfilled by last administration? I learnt it was. Correct me with fact and not with your subjective view

If we did what we were supposed to do with PDP years back, we wouldn't have been in this mess but you keep giving ourself one kind of hope that things will get better... I didn't ask you to agree with me. I stated fact. As for why it started later than expected, you should ask those who play politics. Let me ask you, if you were an investor, will you commit you money to any project with the trial and error economy policies that the government started with? Won't you wait to see which way the wind is blowing? The second Niger bridge is no hold but money have been paid and work commenced until some people in this government decided politics is more important than development.

This Administration came on board in 2015 and you said the payment has been made in 2014... What delayed a project for 1 year before they were voted out in May 2015?

Stop trying to rationalised because you feel obligated to defend buhari. Was the counterpart funding paid for by the last administration before leaving? Why are you going around in circle? Repeating the same argument as if that will change fact. Or maybe you feel the need to convince yourself. What is delaying the second Niger bridge? Why did the contractors pull out from site after mobilising when this buhari took over? Emotional argument will not help buhari win next year but fact will.

If the counterpart funding was provided by PDP in 2014 and the project was to take 18 months to be completed that means the contractors must move to site immediately.... and the project should be 60-70% before PDP was voted out.... The question i am asking is why is it taking 4 years? I am telling you now that the Contractor was on Site until 2015

this is an airport I use and my information was meant for reasonable humans.
you talk about PDP 16yrs,these are airports that were built in the 60s and 70s and ever since nothing has been done in terms of improvements by past military and civilian governments until the time of Odua.
this projects,just like the railway rehabilitation have been on going and to you idiots that said I am lying,you can kiss my ass.

While Changi International Airport, Singapore, was named the best, Port Harcourt International Airport was named the worst international airport in the world for the year 2015.

Of the 10 worst international airports in the world, the Nigerian airport was the only African airport on the list.

In a report published by CNNMoney and released by The Guide to Sleeping in Airports – an internationally respected travel website – the other airports on the list were from Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

The survey, which had qualifying responses from 26,297 well-travelled respondents, put Cape Town International Airport, South Africa, as the best airport on the continent.

According to the survey, the Nigerian airport is riddled with unpleasant and unhelpful staff, alleged corruption, a severe lack of seating, broken air-conditioning and the fact that the arrivals hall is loacted inside a tent.

The website said the good news, however, is that “some areas of the terminal have been recently renovated, meaning you can expect actual walls, floors and windows. Though it is a far cry from reasonable, improvements are being made.”
