Yesterday an Instagram user made a report on how he met a lady crying by the roadside, shared photos of her face dripping of blood from an alleged attack by a taxify driver.. The lady in question has dimmed it fit to clear everyone of what truly happened.. In her words;

Good afternoon everyone am Kate. I want to say a big thank you to @adebolaisaac for saving me that night and my sincere apologizes to @taxify.ng for the misrepresentation.

However, I was assaulted by a “Taxi driver” not a “Taxify driver”To everyone that came to my rescue in reposting this incidence especially @instablog9ja @tundeednut @lindaikejiblog and other media houses I totally plead in misleading you in the cause of your duty, I actually mentioned taxify cause I was in shock; Adebola Isaac am so sorry . To the general public thanks for your concern �.

uncorroborated story against taxify just to trend.

The whole incident sounded somehow from the beginning.
The picture the guy uploaded showed a conscious lady, yet we were asked if we could identify her, when she could have easily given her name and address and even d phone number of at least a close relative or friend.

Taxify should sue both for defamation of company's name . Busy body wants to trend online
