hello guys, I'm a frequent Bitcoin buyer with luno, i decided to use Topupgold today due to my Mastercard issue, i deposited to Topupgold decatech account, for over 8 hours my btc account has not been funded, their customer care number is no longer picking my calls, WhatsApp is not responding , I'm beginning to get scared, anyone with similar experience lately??

Don't worry. The first day I transacted with them, I felt the same but got my money later that day. You know they have lot of customers and always want to do all transaction at once.

ok oh, its very painful because i lost $160 on Friday to a btc trade group on telegram, BTC Perfection,

i decided to ruy buycoins powered by bitkoin Africa, I'm still having hitch,the money was reversed back to my account and i was debited immediately, in my order history it showing no pending order, no completed order, one failed order.

I don't know about Topupgold but I started using Quidax last month, I have had no issues. Their support team is good, and are very helpful. Based on my experience with them I am not going back to any What's App group or telegram trading group.

topupgold just funded, me bad experience

I used them only once and after my experience with them, I stopped. I am now in a dedicated and reliable group called market hub where I buy and sell. The admins are extremely strict.

They have a Telegram group @Quidax_army_nigeria and also have an academy where they teach people how to trade for free.
