Actually, Governor Yahaya Bello owes genuine workers who scaled through the screening exercise 5 months salary areas. He has started paying state workers 3 months on the spot and 4 months on the spot for pensioners. Another 1 month is expected to be paid in a week time when the September allocation hits the state government coffers.

This is Umomi road, it is currently under construction and people have been mobilized to site. When the Gov is responding, let us give him some credit.

I am a Kogite and I live in the state.

Shut the hell up!!! No worker has received a dime in the past 3 - 4 months! The few times he paid between the last quarter of 2017 to 2018, workers got half salaries.

The poster is ignorant of things happening in my dear kogi state.

The Governor owes about 8months salary and whenever he pays monthly salary, state/local govt workers only get between 20%_30% of their actual salary.

Only the Governor knows where the remaining percentage goes to.

What was he doing all this while undecided only God knows how many souls that death trap has swallowed before he decided to mobilise workers there

And it's all because of the upcoming election if not I doubt the stupid boy would have paid any attention to it undecided

Yahaya Bello is a reference point for FAILURE!

This happened during the rain season. You can’t also construct roads during this time. Be kind to logic.

It seems you’re all out for deliberate mischief and wickedness. Can you swear that he owes workers on the cleared list 8 months? Do so or die by road accident.

This is wickedness. He owes 5 months.

They started paying 3 to state workers today and 4 to pensioners. He would pay another 1 month in a week time when allocation hits the state account.

Before this issue was agreed, they was an NLC, FG and state government meeting.

Abeg leave rain aside!

Yahaya Bello is still young but not proactive!

What measures does he have in place to prevent such tragedy in raining season

I mean, these are issues that should keep any reasonable leader awake and not thuggery!

What is I to also justify him owing workers salaries despite the relief funds Is it rain too

Hmmmmmm na wah oooooo

Buhari is not doing well at all, 50% of his failure is attributed to failures like these, he has surrounded himself with!

My mum is a pensioner. As at today she is owed 9months salary. She has only received twice this year (once every 3 to 4 months).
No 4months payment to pensioners that I am aware of. Let's stop promoting lies

Are you not more wicked?

Saying he is paying salaries but in reality he pays just 20%_30% of the salary of civil servants in that state?

For example, a staff that earns 100k goes home with 20k at the end of the month (that is, if he is paid salary that month) and you still see no wrong in that.

You are evil to support such a governor!
