for those of us asking for requiment,with ssce you are qualified,age limit is 18 to 35 years,you are entitled to ten thousand every month for one year that is,your first three month will be in selected centres and nine month I T programme,meanwhile you will be given a set of toolbox which is yours eternally

people without any qualification except SSCE what can they apply for

with ssce you are qualify to apply. make sure you fall within the age bracket ie 18_35.Good luck.
