Hello fams... I bought this phone not quite long, but the only problem I am having with it is that I don't have any big files on it but the internal memory is always full.. mind you i don't use memory card but I thought the internal memory card should be okay for me because I don't have much stuff on the Phone..if any one with the same issue could advice me I will really appreciate it

try and get an SD card to help boost your memory.

Get an SD card and format it as internal memory.

Or you can visit their service center and lay down your complain... Just hear what they have to say

use your phone master app to clear cache and junk files, delete unnecessary apps too so as to free up some space on your phone storage.

This is common with most tecno phones, there's nothing on your phone but your phone storage is almost full.

Hi ..I'm also using a pouvior2..noticed the same prob..
on the long run phone master wont clean to give you space..what takes space in this phone is not music or videos ..its apps..yes Apps!!..
somehw the phn stores data of ur apps and it accumulates to alomost 2 or 3gb.. an app like chrome can use almost a gig space..

so what you do is :

go to seetings then to storage..then to internal storage..go to the apps part.. then you l see the app takin much space.. then clear data and cache

Note:some thngs like passwords may b lost if its chrome..bt once you clear it..you l be surprised the space you l get..

try it and give a feedback

Do you have a memory card? If yes, move all media files to your SD card. Leave phone memory for apps alone.
