by tactics I meant how the team plays(formation ) and team selection being who plays although the two are similar

most fans on this sub are always criticizing the coach for benching some players while playing others but I think EV always chooses the team based on merit
if Malcom, dembouz,Vidal etc are always on the bench it's because they do not deserve to start over the ones that are playing. I mean the coach trains with these players daily so he makes his decisions based on visual evidence as opposed to fans sentimentality.

as regards team tactics (style), well he bleeps up once in a while, but who doesn't.

As we are basking on the euphoria of whipping our regular customer in the previous Elclasico don't let any hater disrupt the celebration by bringing some unpleasant past records of our, that guy no get shame at all, his body language keep depicting him as a de-facto Juve fan. And if he is a Madrid fan like he claimed, let us remind him on how his club failed to get past the UCL R16 for 5 years, As a football fan, It is reasonable I savour and enjoy the present moment than the past, which I am not fortunate to witness.


Lastly, though this was somewhat an over flogged issue, but I just want to briefly plead to my fellow Cules that Unlimited22, though a Chelsea fan, is such an adventurous guy that likes to discuss almost every soccer topic on this board, I like him a lot and respect him. Hence, he doesn't deserve our bashings or beefs because he is a vegetarian he doesn't do beefs, We can channel our bashings to niggers that come here often to mischievously condemn our darling club.

for me a coach is world class when he is very exceptional, so exceptional he triumphs in either winning a major title or does very well despite conditions not being favourable for him. He accomplishes what numerous other coaches in the same condition or conditions will fail to accomplish

The last time i checked, EV has never lost a match played against any of the top teams in Europe after the early season disaster from our back to back loss to Madrid in Supercopa.
We won the league unbeaten in his first season even when the whole world thought we were going to be in shambles. We had an almost perfect campaign last season except for the Roma debacle.
Even at the beginning of this season, all the naysayers were at it again, even doubting it we can qualify from our group...

I would like to see YOUR definition of world class, because, whether you like it or not, Wenger and Mourinho are extremely world class. In fact they are in a small percentage of world class coaches. What they have accomplished very few coaches have accomplished it. Tuchel and Martinez are world class. Check their current teams and their previous teams and check how they improve players, their tactics, their mentality. They are top top coaches.

some are, some aren't. Besides you do know that the Carling cup doesn't hold as much sway as either the league cup or the league title. But some are world class, some aren't
