Breakdown of Cost
1. Car cost and copart fees (To be paid in FULL within 2 business days of winning lot)

2. Towing fees (Please Try as much as possible to choose cars in close proximity, cars won are towed from copart facility to destination port). I can’t drive non registered cars and don’t have dealer plate ooo…..You have access to calculator on Copart site, simply reference to from auction yard to the closest port, e.g google copart tampa to Jacksonville port, google gives you an idea of the miles and the duration.
3. Pre bid deposit (Please deposit a 10% of the estimated cost of the lot before I can bid, this goes into the cost of the car once the lot is won). I can’t afford to bid finish and you say you saw a better deal in Ikeja, ama ni problem ooo. You also have the opportunity to select BUY IT NOW vehicles, no stress of bidding, we just hit the PAY BUTTON
4. My commission….$250
5. Late Fees, failure to pay within 2 business days after bid is won attracts a $50 extra charge daily, else the initial 10% will be used as restocking fee on Copart after the 5th day in case of no show…..Oyinbo no dey like story say my Grandpa die for Village.
6. Endeavour to pay the towing fees immediately as Copart Charges Storage fee of $20 after the 5th day if car not moved from their facility.
7. Shiiping: i. RORO - $1, 200
ii. Containerised - $1, 500

The cost of trucking or towing such vehicle is usually more expensive and inmost cases you can still buy another vehicle with that cost ..Buy from states closer to the exit port.
