Emeka Ihedioha, while in the National Assembly. Ihedioha can not sacrifice anything for quality. He is a man of quality delivery in leadership.
When elected in 2019, Imo people will have a better deal in governance with quality infrastructure and quality leadership. Ihedioha is our best bet.

My brother that's what we see in this our work. Even market women know our job more than us.

I remember when the overpass (fly over) at Agip junction in Port Harcourt was under construction. Many ignorant fellows who's never been to a university were raining insults and criticising. The fly over is still stand till date.

It's is called soil stabilization with cement. A scarifier machine would mix the cement with the laterite to improve its strength.

It's not by how it looks. It is what it does. Only those who know, know.
