At least you did not mention that the results contained are no his. So you knew Buhari had the necessary grades to have once truly had an O'level certificate, but you hoped it would be lost forever so that you can continue wailing ridiculously despite the school statement of results and the Cambridge master sheet showing the very grades the military already admitted they had in their records depite not being able to locate the certificate itself

Thanks to this rule that you hate, with a sworn affidavit stating the circumstances of the certificate loss, plus recent passports and processing fees, an attestation can be produced showing the grades that already exist in the records.Don't kill yourself over progress and the new ease of erstwhile difficult procedures.
