Yet supposedly educated Nigerians started talking about irrelevant items like the recent passport picture and whether Katsina existed then as a state or if it ever existed at all before the state was created.

Some even stupidly criticized the template used by the school because it showed a /NECO which did not exist in 1961, as though the critics did not understand that it was a new issue and as such should mirror the current template the school uses for its students who sit for both WAEC/NECO.
