Wait ... I don't understand this post & topic- Do you mean 5 European cities with a high population of black immigrants or 5 "Black friendly" European cities?
Because if you meant "Black Friendly" cities that's a different thing entirely... because a city that has a high number of black immigrants, does not necessarily make it "Black friendly" e.g The US in general has a high number of Black people but is it "Black friendly"?

Secondly some of the cities in the UK you listed are not "Black friendly"...
