The Kano State Governor, Umar Ganduje as just approved emergency maintenance of 31 dilapiated roads in the state capital which to be carried out in eight clusters at the cost of N1.036BN. The Governor is set to release 30% of the total money to contractors to start mobilization. Some of the roads are Nassarawa Hospital, Sheik Jaafar, Eastern bypass-Unguwa Uku, Bompai, Abbatoir, Civic Centre, Obasanjo Road, Bello Road, ‘Yantsaki Road-Tudun Murtala, Sharada, Rijiyar Zaki, Rafin Dan Nana, Ashton Road, Manladan Kulkul Road, Kofar Fampo, ‘Yan Katako-Zaria Road.
