latest updates.... The representatives of the Governors have increased their earlier 22,500 to 24k However labour is still and strongly insisting on the 30k As it stands,the strike will still go on as scheduled! This may turn out to be the mother of all strikes! AIT

In the advanced countries, strikes are not embarked upon anymore as several studies have shown it affects the poor masses more directly than it does to the ruling elites it's been staged for.*

What other countries do now is occupying, instead of labour strikes.*

They organise themselves in hundreds and thousands and occupy many of the government headquarters in their country.*

They make blockades and barricades to prevent the top government officials from gaining entrance and exit out of their various offices.*

I'll have loved if that is what the NLC and whatever group joining in this strike are planning.

I don't buy the idea of any labour strike restricting movements and transactions, it is we the poor masses that will suffer it most directly.

Let's engage in the modern day occupying, not some staged strike that will eventually result in the fattening of the accounts of some labour Union bosses and cronies!
