If firstlady neighbour passed away all state first ladies do aso ebi and must go to the center to give consolation....none of them ever knock at the neighbors door to say sorry about your loss.

Every administration in the center enjoy this lobbyist-client relationship from state governors. During GEJ it was Peter Obi of Anambra. He was in Abuja so much a minister commented that he felt he had to see Obi to speak with the President.
