The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation , Mrs . Winnifred Oyo - Ita , on Monday guided all laborers to guarantee they continue at their obligation posts on Tuesday .

She said the request wound up fundamental on the grounds that the National Industrial Court had limited the Nigeria Labor Congress and the Trade Union Congress from setting out on strike from Tuesday as planned.

The request was contained in a roundabout titled " Notice of court order on proposed strike activity : Directive for consistence " and dated November 5 , 2018 .

The round was marked for the benefit of the HOCSF by the Permanent Secretary , Service Welfare Office , Mrs. Didi Walson - Jack.

She requested that every single Permanent Secretary guarantee strict consistence with her order .

The roundabout read , "The consideration of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation has been attracted to the request of between time directive by the Abuja Division of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria dated November 2 , 2018 controlling the Nigeria Labor Congress , the Trade Union Congress and their individuals from leaving on or participating in the strike or mechanical activity to begin on Tuesday , November 6 , 2018 .

" In perspective of the above , I am coordinated to advise you that all staff are relied upon to keep on detailing at their obligation presents on do their obligations pending the meeting and assurance of the movement on notice for interlocutory order.

" All Permanent Secretaries and Heads of additional - Ministerial Departments and Agencies are to convey the substance of this roundabout to the consideration of their staff and guarantee strict consistence . "
