The All Progressives Congress, APC, has said it will not submit the West African School Certificate attestation of President Muhammadu Buhari to the Independent National Electoral Commission despite the fact that it had been presented to him by the West African Examination Council.

The attestation was presented to President Buhari on Friday, November 2, 2018, by the registrar of WAEC, Dr. Uyi Uwadiae, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

But Lanre Issa-Onilu, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, told Saturday Tribune that the certificate will not longer be submitted to INEC as it was no longer necessary.

I thought he had gotten a higher academic qualification? Why did he not submit that?

Besides we saw how Kemi claimed she was issued a fake NYSC discharge certificate from the very same NYSC office.

And most importantly, WAEC does not have records of Buhari's WASC so we all know that whatever useless attestation he was issued by Nigerian waec is either a honorable WASC or an outright fake.

Let him submit it nah and see how he and INEC will be slammed with law suits.

They fool themselves. After going thru a show of getting the certificate, you don't submit. Says only one thing...... It's a fake
