wipe off the pus gently and dispose carefully. Wash your hands to avoid affecting the other eye.
If it persists, pls visit the hospital to be sure its not an infection. If it is, proper medication will be prescribed.

My doctor called it allergy. It might be Apollo, Breast milk did the wonders. Express Breast milk into the both eyes, try not to allow the nipple/tip to touch the eyes in order not to spread it.

On days the protest gets out of hand, I lay him on the bed flat on his back holding his two hands. That way, he has little room to struggle cos i also stylishly pin his legs with my stomach. As he is protesting with that his mouth, the brush enters and fiam, I do what i have to do while laughing at him.

Lol... Remembering this as i type has thrown me into fits of laughter. Na for dis world he meet me cheesy

I am even laughing reading this cheesy

If he likes watching videos, keep playing nursery rhymes about brushing for him. GB used to fight me at brushing time but now it's so easy cuz all I do is sing a brushing song she likes and she would open her mouth. If this doesn't work, you just have to keep doing the by force one.

This one is indifferent about most of these videos, one second he's captivated another second he doesn't care. Only thing that takes his attention is Adverts [s]he LOOOVE airtel advert... Selifi time cheesy cheesy cheesy [/s] and the GoTv channel undecided weird right? lipsrsealed I will continue to force him till he knows he doesn't have choice than to just allow me.

What to do naw embarassed this child of mine will keep protesting everytime I want to brush for him for no reason. That singing doesn't work for him
Hope the brush is soft sha and the paste is sweet? Infact we had it very easy this morning. I go “open your mouth” and start singing for him and i can access all the corners well. Dont worry he will find it fun soon, just keep at it and dont give him space to run lol.

Just wipe off gently with clean cloth. How long has it been for now? My baby had this sometime ago for about 3 days i guess, all i did was wipe off. However if it persists for long, you should see a doctor.

Hello mamas,

I am looking for babies highchair for feeding. Couldn't find it at the supermarkets around, and I promised myself never to buy any items from jumia as some previous purchases fell short of expectation.

Im set to start my baby on infant cereal in 2 weeks time, and I am in desperate need of it.

I live around iba/ LASU/ Okoko area.
Hope to get Fischer price, Chicco, Mother care or Jioe products.

Will really appreciate a feedback.

Thanks.

Have baby highchair ma

drugs for what? Drugs are only meant to be taken when one is ill not just for the fun of it. Focus in healthy foods loaded with fruits and vegs so ur boy can get all the nutrition he needs. Thats only drug he needs for now

The only drug given to a teething baby is panda(paracetamol). Only when he's running temperature

I learnt it not so good washing with soap especially after child birth. Can't remember why but has to do with altering the pH of the vj. If you can avoid soap better safe

Plenty thanks sis. It will definitely get better. Thanks for the encouragement.

I think she likes pasta......and me I'm antiproceased food. Try to feed at least once a day.
Thanks

JGracious:

Dont feel too bad. Its because you havent discovered what she really likes.
My ds was like that too but since i discovered what he liked majorly, that was what i kept giving him o till much later.
first was apple puree (1 apple) then banana puree.(1 banana). Those two foods, he ate everyday for 5 good months. All other foods i tried including formula was just by luck and plenty prayer. Imagine being at work and receiving phone call almost every time, 'your son isn't taking his food o'. I just consoled myself that fruits too is a kind of food.

When he was about clocking 1yr, his eating improved a little and now at 18months, he will throw tantrums if i dont allow him feed himself.

it will get better, keep trying.

cheers
