A Club in need of revival and a Coach who needs to reinvent himself.

But do you remember that it was Wenger that started selling off all his quality and experienced players in favour of the youth team and unproven entities from france.

He started to think that he coyld build just any player into a great player, forgetting that to become a great playet you have to be very good in the first place.

As for Man U, the team has been average since last 3 years of Ferguson reign. Players like Jones and Smalling could never step into the void left behind by Vidic and Ferdinand.

As for Guardiola...i cant bring myself to concieve of him as a great coach. I just cant.

Wenger didn't sell his best players, they wanted to leave and he allowed them.. and on the issue of buying Young players, arsenal was building emirate stadium which made arsenal to start managing what was given to him. after the stadium was built, arsenal fc was owing huge some of money which was borrowed to build the stadium... during this period, u don't expect to start spending money on huge players when you are owing. abi you want them to end up like Portsmouth fc? Look at Tottenham today, they didn't buy a single player just because the are expanding their stadium o not even building.. but when the economist still manage to buy players in when they are still owing. now because of how the club was managed, the club doesn't owe anymore, we have clubs like man utd owing huge some of money, reason why them no give mourinho big money this season.. Chelsea is owing and baba olowo is broke, the club is now managing... arsenal spent more than Chelsea and man utd this past transfer... you people don't know what Wenger as done positively and monetary Wise for arsenal... Wenger is a genius but most people don't know... for me currently, the Best coach in when the EPL right now is klopp...

Oga. Just admit Wengers time is past. He is in the league of the Van Gaal's, the Juup Heynkes, and the Guus Hiddink's of this world. They can no longer be relied upon to deliver trophies to the top clubs in the top leagues and that is the yardstick these days in determining who is a quality, world.class coach.
