At offices, I don't see entry-level Engineers, teachers & other skilled personnel at the reception asking to work for free for a day/week to prove why they should be hired

Why?

Cos it takes at least 5years of very hard work to make an engineer. How long does it take to make an 'upcoming artiste'?

Iol...from a lil research I did, my conclusion is that they're making him look nice before sowing him as a seed to the gods...the gods wouldn't want a trashy- like offering. if u know u know grin

Because Davido and Wizkid can not easily be replaced in their office it's a unique skill dey have even in thesame industry, but I bet you can easily be replaced by a third class graduate in ur major if he/she is trained main reason why no one will listen to you even you ask to do the job for free, you know how many people de find where to apply for intenship and non is available
