If you look at their slum cities consisting of really rusted iron sheets - do you think those poor people can afford to pay taxes - if they cannot afford a decent roof? It like expecting to collect taxes from Kibera slum.

Just read here - VW expect to sell more cars in Rwanda than in Nigeria. This year they are projecting to sell 100 new cars in ENTIRE NIGERIA. In Rwanda they are targetting 2,000 Units.

Who said it'll be sold to Chinese?, ...I listened to a government's official explanation and I actually loved their intentions, there's no need for the government to compete with the private sector, and it'll be thru IPO where a minimum of 70% must be owned by locals...there's allot of work for the government that private sector can't do yet
