If you know much about politics, you should know it is a tactics. Apc is waiting for January to come to start campaign with their project and also with propaganda which would be too late for major opposition( PDP) to counter

So you think PDP that have been in power since 1999 don't know all these and they won't be preparing for their own propaganda too
