I thought as much, cos I keep seeing their job adverts all over job sites. And on few occasions it caught my attention on why they keep advertising same vacancies all over again. May it not be well with all these 21st century slave traders. Imagine 17k for a teacher, which weed are these guys smoking self.

I don't know how much their teachers and Acedemic Manager earn

Are u aware that school is standard?

Are u also aware their school fees is the cheapest in the country even with their international teaching standard?

They might not pay well cos they don't charge pupils much,

There are other schools who have similar school fees payment with them. And as for thier teaching standards, many parents who have thier wards in this schools are not satisfied with it. Hence leading to a lot of parents withdrawing thier children to other schools.

I did not get to accept their offer because they pass off as an organisation that doesn't take employee welfare serious. Stringent working conditions with poor pay.

Bridge Academy.
Well for the kids, the teaching system is very appealing and uniquely different.

Teaching Style is very modern and engaging for teachers cos you don't even make use of lesson notes but e-paper tablets, like the Amazon echo types.

If you are applying as a Teacher or a Manager just avoid it cos they get to pay you nothing above 18-20k monthly.

The shocking thing is that they are very standard with all procedures and follow up. but pay is just too Poor.

I know this because I once worked there
