Good morning, you said again meaning it was working before.
try these things first:
Use another Cable to test it and make sure you select transfer files from the notification panel ( top of the screen)

have you tried other laptops?

do you know how to go to device manager on your laptop?
search for device manager on the search bar on Windows 7/ 8/ 10 and check if you can find kiicca power there .

if you can't find it there and you have done all these things
.then the charging port might be faulty.

I have read all the posts about how kiicca power is a rubbish phone and all...
maybe it's just for me alone but I have not experienced any major fault from my phone since I bought it in March. my first incident was getting it a little soaked in water.. the phone went dead with the torch Coming on immediately I put battery. I took it to CPR and they fixed it for 3k.since then it's been fine. I have flashed many custom ROMs on the phone, I am currently using infinix xos 2.3 better than the original leagoo software and yeye updates and planning to flash miui 9 the one on Redmi phones.( flashing all these means you will lose your fingerprint scanner which I don't think is important for me) my own experience has been good so far. my battery still lasts like the first day.

It's all about your usage..
it's not a very rugged and solid phone
but it's not rubbish, after all it's 2gb ram 16gb rom and 4000 mah for 20k...
be careful with it or save money and buy a solid phone.

I noticed that each time I charge my phone battery(LEAGOO POWER), the battery charging percentage decreases instead of increasing. I have changed battery and charger, the problem still persists. Pls what should I do? Your response is highly appreciated. Thanks

This leagoo company is a scam and needs to be banned from shopping their crappy trash into the country...I bought the kiicaa power in july from jumia....Fast forward a month the screen started shaking,phone started hanging even with enough space on it...it would shake and go back to normalcy...The phone overheats especially wen using your torchlight from the phone..In September I turned on the torch to pick up something at night....That's how the phone tripped off and never came back on...prior to this it had never fallen down as I was extremely careful in handling it....I took it to CPR smiling that it was covered by guaranty...Those guys kept telling me to come BK that screen parts are not available...They hv been saying the same thing for 2 months plus...I checked jumia to see if I could buy the screen and whoop it was 9-13k excluding shipping for phone of 20k....These guys should be banned from shipping this crappy things into the country,peddling lies that they have after sales repair/guaranty....I wouldn't advice anyone to buy their product even if it's 1k......Too many useless entities here,we don't need more...They should sell to their fellow chinkos
