on which scarce resources? i am not against the state building another state university but the state already has one that need attention. now if another governor from another region comes in in future, will it make sense if he/she build another 3rd school?

Aside the Apc primaries scandal, the DSS must have also questioned him about the University...He is now losing sleep haha... I like Osho shall, he is only full-throated. You impose Obaseki on the Edos and don't want other outgoing Apc governors to emulate. Who be mumu?
