States with law enforcement Marshals in the north who are harassing people with impunity, like Kaduna (Kato da Gora), Kano ( Hissbah), Zamfara etc. Why are other states exceptional when it comes to implementing such too?
Because they are not stopping Buhari's killer Herdsmen from killing and siezing land belonging to Indigenes.
that is the difference.

Na Thunder go fire any lifeless leader that aids and abets killer Herdsmen
Did l mention anybody's anme?

May God deal decisively with this Fulani govt. An agency that was set up by govt to protect their defenceless farmers from the Fulani herdsmen is what the useless IG is hustling to to proscribe as terrorist group while he has refused to proscribe Fulani herdsmen

My problem with this country is not Buhari... but leaving in the same country with people like you
You don't get it, do you? What do you know about these "livestock guards"? Let me tell you: you assembled hundreds of youths and gave them uniforms. The only work they do from morning till night is to be on the watch and look out, no any other work that fetch them money. But the state government that gave them this "job" didn't pay them, owing them as much as 12 months salary. What do you think they would become? Armed robbers, killers, livestocks/cattle rustlers. And they have to kill herdsmen before they can rustle their cattle. So, chill!

A Makurdi High Court has issued an interim order restraining the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris, from prohibiting or shutting down offices of the Benue State Livestock Guards in any part of the state.

The Presiding Judge, Justice Austine Ityonyiman, in his ruling on Thursday also restrained the Benue State Commissioner of Police, Okon Ene, from preventing officers of the Livestock Guards from carrying out their legitimate functions pending the determination of the motion on notice brought before the court.

According to the judge, the guards were implementing the state Open Grazing Prohibition and Ranches Establishment Law.

The Judge granted the motion brought by the Counsel to the Benue State Government, Mr Douglas Pepe, who prayed the Court to restrain the Nigerian Police whom he stated where acting outside the scope of their constitutional mandate.

Mr Pepe had argued that the Livestock Guards was a creation of the law and the body was carrying out its functions as stipulated by the legislation establishing it.

After listening to the argument of counsel to the Benue State Government, and carefully perusing through the affidavit in support of the motion, the Judge was convinced that there was a need to grant the application pending the determination of the motion on notice.

The Judge thereafter adjourned the case to November 23, 2018, for the hearing of the motion.

Reacting to the restraining order, the Benue State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Michael Gusa, said the Samuel Ortom administration is operating based on the rule of law, and due process.

He expressed surprise that the police whose duty is to help the government to enforce laws were seeking to proscribe a law legitimately enacted by a state.

Gusa reaffirmed the determination of the State Government not to be discouraged in pursuing what is in the interest of people of the State.

So the IGP actually wanted to proscribe the Livestock Guards while leaving their tormentors - the marauding herdsmen.
Dambazzau (Minister for Interior) said the people of benue will not have Peace unless they rescind the Anti grazing law.
MACBAN (Association of these killer Herdsmen) said the same thing
Buhari said the people being killed in Benue and Zanfara and taraba, should "go and accomodate the Herdsmen killing them".
IGP transmission is just implementing the "secret orders" of President Buhari.

Even the military has on many occassions, when asked why they did not engage the Herdsmen, when cuaght in the midst of murdering and arson, said "We have Orders from Above, not to engage them".

So, Let us be clear, Buhari is behind all these killings in the Middle belt and the reason is that he wants his Nomadic Fulani Herdsmen from Futa Jalon in Guine Bissau, to cleanse the area of indigene Farmers and appropriate their lands for themselves.

Incase you dont know, the Middle belt is the most fertile lands in Nigeria and 65% of all our food comes from there.

Just watch the food scarcity that will ensue in 2019, because all the farmers have either been killed by Buhari killer Fulani Herdsmen or driven away

I am just sad that PDP did nto give Nigerians a better option than Atiku-looter but then, we stil have Donald Duke of SDP

You are a bloody Liar!
First, most of them are even volunteers because they know they have to do this job for them to be able to go to farm and not allow Cows eat their crops.
Second, the Govt is NOT owing them the stipend it pays them

Cattle rustling is done by fellow Fulani men who have chosen that type of work, just like some of them have added kidnapping-for-ransome, to Cattle rearing.
It is even the Livestock Guards that are arresting the Cattle Rustlers but the problem is that they also prevent these killer, Fulani herdsmen from running their cattles on farmlands.

Why has the IGP not caught and prosecuted those who kill all those hundreds of Benue people and burned down their houses, or is it the "Livestock Gurards" that are also killing their own Benue people and burning their own houses?

Did Buhari not tell us the killers are from Libya, at one time?
Bloody Liars.

Mark my words, it is this Killer Fulani herdsmen issue that will be the greatest undoing of Buhari in the next election.
It is what will sway most South West Votes away from him (he has already lost the middle belt on account of this and the Easterners hate him from day-1) and he cant afford to lose the South West Vote.

The Dilemna is that Atiku-looter should never be the beneficiary.
People should rather vote for Donald Duke or Sowore but more of Donald Duke hwo has a proven record of leadership at state level

Funny how some of you think.

Any way, you have Hisbah in the North to enforce the evil Shariah.

Need I remind you that, Fulani Hedsmen are the real killers, not Benue Livestock Guards.

And the fact is that, the killer Herdsmen are paid handsomely. Hope you know?
