While i appreciate WHO and their suggestions cheesy this is why I can never do it past 12 months. The things I was seeing at that 12 months sef. Someone would just walk to you and start dragging your cloth and trying to whip out the breast. That's all the sign I need that you've now become an old mama. No more

Mas pls i need advice. My baby of 1week has been recieving phototherapy for jaundice. The SBE value got to 16, and the doc told me.to stop breastfeeding. I stopped, presently the value is at 10.9. But the doc is telling me i wont be discharged until it reduces to about the value of 6. But from all i hv googled online it seems like jaundice can also be treated with sunrays and will stop before the baby is 2weeks. Pls I need advice. Should i ask to be discharged or keep waiting for the value to drop to 6

Some people say they start using Tommy belt from 6 weeks and some start once they feel they are healed or once the doctors gives go ahead, for me I didn't try anything to loose the Tommy fat, 1 yr and 3 months later I still look like I am 6 months pregnant.. don't be like me biko

After carrying your precious bundle of joy for nine months, you've given birth and now the hard work begins. In addition to caring for your baby, losing weight and regaining your pre-baby figure likely are high on your to-do list. You may have a difficult time achieving a flat stomach after pregnancy because your muscles have weakened and moved to make room for your baby. Get this postpartum belly belt to achieve your dream body shape back after birth.
Call 08129402080 to place a order and get it deliver at your doorsteps within few working days.

I think it depends on the type of body sha.. I'm 9 weeks postpartum via c section and my tummy is almost flat, i didn't do anything at all not a belt yet but you can try a postpartum belt if you are on the big side but be careful so you don't hurt yourself.

Have done all that but it still disturbs her the only thing that seem to work a little is putting her to sleep face on my tummy but I can't sleep with my two eyes closed in that kind of position to avoid her falling off
