- Rocket Raccoon (GoTG) was originally a very self aware genetically created anthropomorphic raccoon. He lived on a world with many other anthropomorphs just like himself. They were created to take care of and protect the insane humans who lived there with them. The planet was essentially an insane asylum with comfort animals as caretakers.
- All four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles originally wore red bandanas. The 1987 cartoon changed that to the colors we know today.
- Jean Grey clone and Scott Summers were pulled from the present to the far future, by their daughter Rachel Summers, now an old woman on life support. But they were also given the chance to raise their son, Nathan, who Rachel also brought to the future a few years back since his has an advanced sickness that can only be cured in that era. They were together as a family for 12 years before Rachel finally dies and the couple was sent back to their original timeline. Nathan was left behind and eventually became the man we now call Cable.
- Peter Parker doesn't drink alcohol and he has a long lost little sister.
- It is stated by a few time travellers (Cable being the most notable), that in the Marvel Universe, Spider-Man is considered the greatest and most revered superhero in the future.
- One of Deadpool 's powers is that he is fully aware that his reality is fake and that he's in a comic book. It leaves him very depressed most of the time. Professor X once looked into his mind, attempting to stop him in a fight, and saw this truth. Which left the Professor braindead from the sudden shock as a result.
- Thanos was one of the very few super villains to accomplish that one really strange goal: Complete Annihilation. As he floated in the endless void he realized how boring and lonely it was. Realizing that he enjoyed the pursuit more then anything, he brought everything back to the way it was and semi-retired.
- Ghost Rider 's penance stare doesn't works on Punisher nor Deadpool and Dr. Doom. Frank Castle has no regrets on his actions. Deadpool's insanity makes the Rider transform back to his human form. Dr Doom is super strong-willed.
- DC has a HERO named Bueno Excellente who rapes people to death.
- Batman has had 7 Robins at minimum.
- Judge Dredd was given an undead enemy simply because they wanted a repeat Vivian for him to fight, but since he kills pretty much everyone, they needed one he could not kill no matter how many times he shot at him.
- Batman once nearly killed Poison Ivy. When she pointed out that he doesn't kill he replied that he doesn't murder, and her status as human was fairly debatable.
- Lex Luther is bald because an artist got his character confused with one of his henchmen. He was meant to have red hair.
- Thanos is a Sorcerer on the level of Dr. Strange in the comics.
- In an alternate timeline Tony Stark became a tyrant and killed most of the Marvel Universe. He wore Dr. Doom 's cape as a trophy.
- Green lanterns can turn their entire suit black.
- Luke Cage once successfully fought the fantastic four in order to steal their flying craft. He then used it to fly to Latveria, and beat up Dr Doom because he owed him $200.
- Marvel once owned the rights to the word “Zombie”.
- The Punisher has teamed up with Archie and Eminem.
- Gambit is potentially one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse if he uses his full power.
- Daredevil is immune to telepaths.

In fact the Hollywood of nowadays lack creativity and fantastic original ideas.
If they are not doing comic book adaptations, they'll be ripping off, remaking and rebooting fantastic movies we had back in the days.

I hear they wanna reboot Pirates of the Caribbean and replace Jonny Depp with a new actor.

And then do Indiana Jones again and replace Harrison Ford with Chris Pratt

And there's a live action Aladdin movie coming next year with Will Smith as the fücking Genie
