Tell him to reduced his rough play during the day. And with time his bed wetting will stop.

good day every one. my cousin is about to get into higher institution. He's is 16, he's very brilliant and a very good footballer. But he has a very big challenge which is Bed wetting and I feel deep sleep is actually what is causing this. He doesn't wake up to the sound of the alarm, it's difficult to wake him up and he is becoming depressed. so please guys how can we tackle this. please no insults please it's not a joking matter. Thank you

You should take him to the doctor to run several test and also make sure he doesn't take too much water before going to bed.
If he plays too much during day, you should make sure he reduces it

Let him stop taking much water before bedtime and ensure he empty his bladder before sleeping
