So i decided to stay in my shop today, told the manager to go and rest cos he always wants to be there, he's worked with me for like 6 years, in the old then new shop, been in New shop for 1 year 4 months, I've not been ok with sales right from start, but I've been to busy to stay, got bigger businesses... Long story short, I made 5k above what hes ever delivered in 1&1/2 yrs, 10k above d average he drops, will update later, today is even Sunday, day with lowest turnout of customers.. Just closing, made 14k above my Sunday income.. Looking for reason not to sack people tomorrow

like you once said, the major issue with this business is the manager trying to steal your money, it is better run supervising yourself, that is if you really have the time.
