unless it's part of a school.
but a flat would likely fail.

Preferably Ajah not beyond Sangotedo.easily accessible
Preferably stand alone and fenced
2or 3 bed
Solely for teaching.

I also thought parents prefer stand alone but I found a few in sangotedo in flats
Even meadow hall started in a Lekki flat.....minders Montessori still in...

If a landlord can give me a stand alone in Lekki and allow me to pay 6months too ,better
The nearer Phase 1,the happier.
If u want to lease yours too, I am game provided it meets my other requirements
